Cafe Shutters
Cafe style shutters are useful in windows where privacy is needed in the lower half, but not necessarily the upper half. In some of the old craftsman homes in Seattle, the upper half of the window may have leadlight glass or a distinctive window style; the combination of cafe shutters and this window configuration result in an attractive window covering.
